Zeph Daniel often refers to himself as a nonconformist. Being a nonconformist is fine as long as one is not being conformed to the world and instead, is being conformed to the image of God's dear Son.
Zeph's
nonconforming-to-the-Bible teachings place his followers on a New Age "soul track" that they are told will result in soul emancipation as they go within
(2) themselves in order to "attain God." (1)
This soul track is actually the broad way that leads to destruction because it leads one on an inward journey in search of God.
Salvation is attained by believing the gospel of Jesus Christ, not by "going within."
Below is one example of how Zeph Daniel's Lamb Cafe is conditioning his lambs to accept syncretism,
(2) which is the merging of world religions with Christianity.

and sometimes there are certain *christian* message songs by Christian artists... I've always felt an affinity with that song by a sweet sister...Jennifer Knapp.. when she sings from the wordings in the Bible.....:
To the pure, all things are pure, to those who're defiled, unbelievers, nothing is pure...
Their minds, their consciousness defiled, they profess to love God, but deceivers in deeds all the while....etc. etc.  [bold emphasis added]
According to Zeph Daniel's teachings, which are promoted by his wife, Trish,
"Yah" will sometimes lead his followers to listen to Hindu praise songs. Hindu praise songs are dedicated to the demons who masquerade as Hindu gods. The God of the Bible will not lead his children to listen to praise songs that are dedicated to false gods--ever.
Trish Daniel's "Yah" led her to listen to a song by Scientologist rocker, Beck Hansen.
Beck Hansen's rock music exalts the god of rock (Satan), not the God of the Holy Bible. Considering the fact that Zeph Daniel uses terminology that is similar to that of L. Ron Hubbard (soul tracks/time tracks, meat bodies), Trish's recommendation of a Scientology rock star is not that surprising.
On behalf of the "lambs" who still have a biblical conscience and thus will be disturbed that Trish is promoting music that is so obviously anti-Christian, she provided a twisted application to a scripture in an attempt to justify her music recommendations that strongly appear to be evil (because they are evil):

Zeph and Trish Daniel are communicating to their "lambs" that if you are pure (a follower of their conception of "Yah") you can indulge in rock music, watch horror films, drink and brew alcohol, listen to Hindu music that is dedicated to demons, glean insight from New Age gurus, engage in habitual sarcasm, coarse jesting, etc.
The "nothing is a sin if I don't consider it to be a sin" rationalization is refuted by a straightforward application of the scriptures.
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. Titus 1:15
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. Titus 1:16
Those whose works deny God are not pure whether they consider themselves to be followers of Zeph Daniel's "Yah" or not; they are abominable and disobedient and unto every good work reprobate. Those who are pure in heart will keep themselves pure. Pure people are drawn to a pure lifestyle. Sinful people are drawn to what is abominable in the sight of the Lord and they will justify their actions to their own spiritual destruction.
