Charles Spurgeon: False Teacher of Occult
Energy Gospel
Charles Spurgeon, who is marketed as the Prince of Preachers, was well aware of
the effects of a false gospel. He wrote:
There is nothing under heaven, I conceive, more liable to lead men astray than a
perverted gospel. A truth perverted is generally worse than a doctrine which all
know to be false.
("The Two Effects of the Gospel" Sermon No. 26)
